Not all runs are guaranteed to be videoed at the shows so you MUST pre-purchase coverage to be guaranteed videoed.

Your raw video footage from the time your name is called to after your time is announced. Includes the original sound from the show and no additional editing unless otherwise selected from the options in the form. If I'm able to physically see the timer, I will make sure to show it at the end!
You can use and edit the footage however you want, TikTok, Reels, Facebook, sharing with friends etc. I like to record from the second barrel but it is completely up to my discretion where I record. There is NO guarantee of what angle the video will be recorded as it depends on the arena and what I decide looks best.
The VIP option is available for $275 ($15 off if combined bundles). This is PERFECT for the rider with multiple horses! CLOSES the day of the show.

My goal in 2024 is to record everyone. HOWEVER, there is NO guarantee that I will record your run or in the format you would like. A video list will be available and videos can be purchased for $35 per video up to two weeks POST show.
I may be competing in the Grit & Glam series this year so pre-registration is REQUIRED for that series.
Each show coverage books will be pre-released on my website about a week before the show's start time. On this page you'll be able to fill out the form for coverage of either VIP or single video coverage.
Books for coverage will close at the start of the show, so make sure you get your requests in BEFORE the show!
Single video coverage can be requested throughout the show BEFORE the start of each show day but VIP must be requested before the show starts.
MOST of the 2024 BGY Photography shows will offer video.
All 3-day shows will also have video offered pending any unforeseen emergencies. I will release information for single-day events as they get closer and I know my second photographer's schedule.
Assuming your invoice has been paid, videos are delivered within 48 hours of the show ending! 3-day shows MAY have a delay based on internet speed.
Videos are added to your own Dropbox gallery for downloading and you'll receive an email when it's ready for you! If you prefer them in a Google Drive folder instead, I can add it there. Please add if you prefer a Google Drive folder in the additional notes.
If you have additional edits on your video, it will increase my turnaround time for delivery.
All pre-requested video must be paid for before your run! I send out invoices the day before the show and they are sent to the email you use on the form. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR THIS INVOICE.
I accept payment via credit card/PayPal through that invoice, Venmo (payment info will be included in the invoice) or exact cash/Check AT the show. Either myself or my assistant Isabelle can accept the cash or check. Please let me know if you plan on paying at the show!
Once pre-purchased, no refunds will be given. HOWEVER, as a rider/barrel racer myself, I try to be flexible and understanding. Please contact me asap (BEFORE YOUR VIDEO IS DELIVERED) with any questions regarding options for a bad run/scratch. It may be a credit applied to future shows or photo purchases or exchanging your purchased video for another.
ONCE YOUR VIDEO HAS BEEN DELIVERED, NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN.

When do I have to purchase the VIP or video?
A.VIP MUST be purchased before the show starts as I can't go back in time to record your runs
Individual video can be purchased up to 15 minutes before the class starts.
A list of extra videos recorded will go online within 5 days of the show ending.
What if I JUST want one or two videos?
A.Purchase the "single video" option! You do not need to purchase the bundle.
What if I have a bad run?
A.Bad runs happen, I understand! But as part of the prepurchase, there are no "bad run" refunds available. Hopefully, you can watch the video and analyze what happened.
What if I pre-purchase and my horse comes up lame/sick/I have to scratch?
A.If you have to scratch before your horse enters the arena and you give me at least 20 minutes notice, I will refund you.
But if you run once OR do not tell me you scratched, the package or single video will not be refunded.
Why does it cost so much for video?
A.Video takes up a lot more room on my hard drives, cold storage, and memory cards which means I have to pay for more of those. I also have to pay my arena photographer, Isabelle, to photograph the arena images.
Video takes a bit more work than photos and is priced accordingly ;)
I have multiple riders, is there a discount?
A.At this time I do not offer discounts for multiple rider or family purchases.
