BGY Photography is shifting its focus to offer high-quality social media and commercially released video to the area in 2027. Booking priority will go to video-only shows.


In 2027, BGY will not be offering both photo and video coverage. Already have a photographer but want to offer your contestants video as well? I've got you covered! Need a recommendation for a photographer to complement my video? I have suggestions for professional and reliable photographers.

What do you offer for photography/videography services?

BGY offers high-quality, professional photos and/or videos delivered quickly to your contestants. I have an easy-to-use online ordering system with secure payment processing. All photos and videos are sorted by your contestants' names, making it easy and quick for them to find their photos/videos!

Why BGY videos?

BGY offers only the best, high-quality, professional, fun, social media attention-catching videos. I use professional and reliable gear with backups so your contestants never have to worry about me missing or losing their run. Some of my videos have hit over 2 million views!

Why BGY photos?

As a barrel racer myself, I personally know what looks good and highlights our sport. Never worry about embarrassing photos that make you or your contestants look bad going online just for social media attention. BGY offers large show level photos for our local shows with a main camera and a remote camera (when arena access allows).

Does BGY offer candids anymore?

Not exactly the same for 2027. But if you already have a photographer/videographer and want just candids or very specific photo/video for your business, I'm your girl 😉. Production media will be a mix of photo and video.



I guarantee that I won't step on your official's toes but will still get all the promotional material you as a production company need. I'll capture your staff working at your show, behind-the-scenes contestant moments, vendor photos, highlight reels each day and more! This does come at a cost for production, but I'm willing to work with a sponsor to add logo(s) to the released products if production finds one to cover the cost.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU AS SHOW MANAGEMENT WHEN BOOKING ME AS YOUR OFFICIAL VIDEOGRAPHER:



  • Willingness to support me as your only professional videographer at the event. I am okay with family members videoing their family, but please understand other videographers recording for any reason and posting those videos online for free usually puts me in the hole profit-wise. This is my job and unfortunately, I can not afford to shoot a show all day when someone gives out videos for free at the same event as me.
  • A signed contract that I will send once the dates have been agreed upon.
  • Space for a booth with access to electrical outlets in a high foot traffic area.
  • Promote BGY Photography online and during the show.
  • Update me on time/location changes or reschedule dates.
  • Printed up-to-date draw sheets before each class starts.

What does Management get from this partnership?


Management receives 5 complimentary videos of their choice per event at 3-day events. 1-day events receive 3 complimentary promo videos of their choice per event. A package option can be arranged for one-day events or more videos per event. They will be given a coupon code to use to redeem!


Daily fastest time videos posted via the BGY Photography Meta and TikTok pages. Each page videos typically average over 10k views per video. BGY Photography will always tag the show/producer and they are welcome to use the fastest time videos on their own Social Media at no cost.


Option to add on a candid videographer. Management must let BGY Photography know at booking that they'd like the add-on. Offered currently at 3-day events ONLY

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU AS SHOW MANAGEMENT WHEN BOOKING ME AS YOUR OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHER:



  • Willingness to support me as your only professional photographer at the event. This includes asking any professionals or other photographers who show up to shoot to put away their cameras or leave. I am okay with family members photographing their family, but please understand other photographers shooting for any reason, and posting those photos online for free usually puts me in the hole profit-wise. This is my job and unfortunately, I can not afford to shoot a show all day when someone gives out photos for free or photographs the same event as me.
  • A signed contract that I will send once the dates have been agreed upon.
  • Space for a booth with access to electrical outlets in a high foot traffic area.
  • Promote BGY Photography online and during the show.
  • Update me on time/location changes or reschedule dates.
  • Printed up-to-date draw sheets before each class starts.
  • Access to electrical outlets for strobes around the arena.

What does Management get from this partnership?


Management receives 10 complimentary promo images of their choice per event at 3-day events. 1-day events receive 3 complimentary promo images of their choice per event. A package option can be arranged for one-day events or more photos or videos per event. They will be given a coupon code to use to redeem!


If internet allows, current leaderboard photo via BGY photography page if results are available. BGY Photography will always tag the show/producer and they are welcome to use the fastest time photos on their own Social Media at no cost.
