Illegal Acquisition of Images Policy:
By entering a gallery, you confirm your understanding that the images in this gallery are the sole property of BGY Photography. Distribution and/or reproduction of any images without purchase is illegal and prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, downloads, prints, and unauthorized publications.
ANYONE CAUGHT USING IMAGES AGAINST THIS POLICY WILL BE FINED $150 PER PHOTO, REPORTED TO SHOW MANAGEMENT, AND IF NECESSARY, BLACKLISTED FROM RECEIVING PHOTOS AT FUTURE EVENTS. Failure to pay the stolen photo fine will face legal repercussions.
GUARDIANS - PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO YOUR CHILDREN. I do not discriminate against age when sending invoices for the illegal use of images. If you believe they are old enough to be on the internet without supervision, they are old enough to understand this message. If your minor uses images against this policy, YOU are responsible for their actions. Thank you for your cooperation.
